Pro Tips

From Our Engineers

Always Final-Torque at Ride Height

Torquing suspension fasteners while the vehicle is in the air can cause premature bushing wear. Always lower the vehicle to ride height before final torque.

Use Thread Locker on Critical Fasteners

Apply medium-strength thread locker (blue Loctite) to all suspension fasteners that are not self-locking. Vibration can loosen hardware over time.

Protect Air Lines from Heat

Keep air lines at least 6 inches from exhaust components. Heat degrades air line material over time and can cause failures. Use heat shielding where routing near exhaust is unavoidable.

Check Fittings After First 500 Miles

After your first 500 km , re-check all push-to-connect fittings and air line connections. New installations can settle and develop minor leaks that are easy to fix early.
